Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide security management services to protect personnel, facilities, information, and systems critical to organizational operations. Support security clearance processing, program security management, and information security functions to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain security programs across multiple classification levels and coordinate security activities with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness. Provide administrative security support services to facilitate the processing of security clearances and maintenance of personnel security records. Coordinate clearance activities, manage security records and databases, and provide customer service related to clearance processing. Ensure compliance with applicable clearance policies, maintain data accuracy, and support Government personnel in adhering to security requirements. Assist in processing security clearances, ensuring all documentation is collected, reviewed, and submitted as required. Maintain clearance records, update security databases, and track clearance statuses. Respond to security-related administrative inquiries and coordinate security documentation to ensure personnel meet clearance requirements. Provide general administrative support to security operations, including preparing reports, tracking clearance actions, and assisting in clearance-related correspondence. Provide program and information security support to protect personnel, facilities, information, and systems. Assist in the implementation, management, and compliance of security programs at Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and IC Controlled Access Program (CAP) levels. Coordinate security operations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to mission and regulatory requirements. Support personnel and facility security by managing SAP/CAP access requirements, coordinating Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation, enforcing access control policies, and coordinating visitor security operations. Provide security awareness briefings and ensure compliance with physical security requirements. Assist in information and systems security by monitoring security compliance, maintaining secure data handling processes, and supporting security assessments. Contribute to System Security Plans (SSPs), security audits, and cryptographic security functions to enhance operational security posture. Support security program management by conducting risk assessments, tracking security incidents, and ensuring classification management compliance. Participate in security policy enforcement, regulatory compliance tracking, and engagement with required stakeholders. Qualifications Required Qualifications : Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI and an Active CI Polygraph (or Full scope Polygraph) 10+ years of experience in Personnel Security, Facility Security, or related role. Prior experience as a security professional supporting Intelligence Community program. Knowledge of Industrial Security Staff-Like Approval (ISSA). Thorough knowledge of the government clearance process and DoD security programs (NISS, DISS, NBIS, eApp and SWFT). Prior experience in ICD 704 and 705. Demonstrated knowledge and functional understanding of the 32CFR Part 117- NISPOM and ability to administer it. Demonstrated knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM. Physical Requirements: Work is typically performed in an office setting. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see. Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
