Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Auburn, WA Indian Tribal Reservation
Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract role within a school located on an Indian Tribal reservation in Auburn, Washington. This unique opportunity allows professionals to make a meaningful impact in a culturally rich and community-focused educational environment.

Renewal Potential: Based on performance and district needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to planning accommodations and modifications
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports
Provide staff training on adaptive tools and classroom strategies
Support a culturally responsive approach in working with Tribal students and families
Requirements:
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements to provide OT services in schools
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
Experience working with special education populations and diverse communities is highly valued
