Salesforce Business AnalystJuno Beach, FL (Onsite)Fulltime PositionThe Business Analyst must be prepared to: Develop and document business processes to illustrate current and future state Gathering stakeholder feedback, categorizing and prioritizing information Review and analyze user feedback to identify common themes, trends and recommend areas for improvement Stay connected with users, keeping them informed about the status of their submitted recommendations Convert user feedback into actionable user stories (within JIRA) that reflect the desirable business process Must have worked in prior Salesforce implementation and have required Salesforce skillset Be prepared to draft test cases that are user friendly and make sense Confirm system meets submitted requirements by actively participating in system testing activities Support end user testing activities by tracking progress and conducting any required follow ups Communicate findings, recommendations and project updates to the Matters core team Must be comfortable liaising between technical and business team membersAdditional Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst Experience in Legal Operations a plus Experience with business process modeling; mandatory Familiarity using based tools required (JIRA, Miro, Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike); mandatory Excellent verbal and communication skills; mandatory Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision; mandatory Collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail; mandatoryDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
