ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Recruiter will play a key role in scaling our high-performing sales teams within the tax relief industry. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership to develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier sales professionals who can drive revenue and deliver exceptional client experiences.

This position is fully onsite at our Irvine office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for sales positions, from role intake to offer negotiation. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals. Partner with Sales Leadership to align hiring efforts with business goals and revenue targets. Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions, improve hiring efficiency, and optimize talent acquisition strategies. Ensure a structured hiring process to enhance candidate quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs. Provide visibility to hiring managers and leadership on the recruitment pipeline. Enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information. Promote and advocate recruitment best practices to all stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Contribute to the development of the TaxRise employer brand. Innovate ways to attract and retain top talent, enhancing our competitive edge. Manage and elevate the company's presence on social media platforms for effective employer branding. Craft engaging and informative content for social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Develop comprehensive and innovative sourcing and engagement strategies. Proactively identify and address gaps in recruiting operations, crafting creative solutions. Leverage social media platforms for candidate outreach and engagement. Implement candidate relationship management strategies to nurture talent pipelines.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing job postings. Develop and audit templates for job postings to ensure consistent and high-quality content. Optimize job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough resume screenings to assess skills and qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key qualifications and requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews with hiring teams. Act as the main greeter for each in-person interview, introducing themselves and creating a positive experience for candidates. May participate in hiring manager interviews if necessary.
  • Ensure all offer details are accurately reflected in our ATS. Facilitate smooth candidate movement within the ATS, updating statuses and details accordingly.
  • Facilitate new hire packets for the first day, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Introduce themselves to every new hire during orientation, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, direct reports, and others at TaxRise to ensure a seamless client experience and successful tax resolution outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on sales hiring in a high-volume or performance-driven environment (experience in tax relief, financial services, or similar industries is a plus).
  • Proven ability to build relationships with Sales Leadership and provide consultative hiring guidance.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and data analytics tools to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette and candidate-focused communication.

SALARY RANGE: $69,000 – 73,000 per year

The above-range represents TaxRise’s current good-faith pay scale for this role. TaxRise reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time.
