We are currently looking to hire individuals for an on-site Recruiter role to help grow schools nationwide and help fill their open roles.
Office Location: 501 Brooker Creek Blvd, Oldsmar, FL
The ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree required.
Sales experience highly encouraged.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to bring culture into the company.
Strong drive to learn, grow and succeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
Responsibilities and Commitments:
Sourcing candidates by warm leads and cold calling.
Post our client's jobs on our platforms.
Source through LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter.
Recruit education professionals via phone, email, and social media. – similar to the first bullet
Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
Build relationships with education and healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments.
Build a book of business of candidates to work contract assignments.

Monday to Friday work schedule; no nights or weekends!
