You'll be in charge of developing a revenue management strategy to maximize profitability for everyday sales in areas such as rooms, dining, catering, and events. This dynamic leader is the voice of our brand and manages the marketing budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to generate revenue and meet property targets. Responsibilities: • Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies • Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business • Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization • Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons Qualifications: • High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices • Senior Living Sales Experience Compensation: $135,000 • Compensation: $135,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Real Broker LLC
