Overview

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Minneapolis Northeast is seeking qualified applicants who would like to join our team as a full-time Room Attendant / Housekeeper.

Availability all days including weekends is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset the bedroom and bathroom areas of each guest room/suite in accordance to operational standards.
• Must be able to clean at least 15 guest rooms/suites within 8 hours.
• Maintain upkeep, inspect, clean and reset after use all rollaways and cribs.
• Responsible for upkeep of vacuums.
• Keep linen closet and carts tidy, organized, and stocked.
• Daily completion of assigned room lists/boards.
• Report missing items to the Housekeeping Management. Package and tag missing items and deliver to the lost and found in housekeeping.
• Report items in need of repair to the Housekeeping Management or Engineering.
• Protect guest safety and well-being; be courteous to all guests and co-workers.
• Keep all doors closed when cleaning for safety and security purposes.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary; vacuum hallways, clean spills, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
