Job Description

The 7pm-7am registered nurse supervisor is responsible for residents and team members in the absence of the DON and Administrator. Candidate must have previous long term care experience. Must possess strong critical thinking skills. In charge of ensuring physicians, responsible party, and DON/Administrator are notified of pertinent information. The nurse supervisor must be able to effectively communicate with team members and direct other team members of rules, policies, and regulations.
