The role involves project programming, design, thought leadership in healthcare, and business development activities. The candidate will oversee multiple projects and lead a team. Qualifications: Licensed Architect with MA registration required; NH and ME desirable but not required. 10+ years of experience in Science & Technology projects, including design and management. Proven expertise in healthcare project management and design. Experience managing staff, client relationships, and participating in marketing and business development. Additional Details: We offer a hybrid work environment with collaboration days Tuesday through Thursday and optional remote days on Monday and Friday.
