Job Description:
We are seeking a Travel Experience Planner to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will help clients plan memorable vacations and getaways by providing personalized guidance, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets
Research and recommend destinations, resorts, and travel packages
Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation
Maintain professional communication with clients throughout their travel experience
Keep accurate client and itinerary records
Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and supplier offerings
Contribute to improving team processes and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service experience preferred; travel planning experience is a plus
Self-motivated and effective in a remote work environment
Passion for travel and creating exceptional client experiences
