Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager for a nursing job in Edgewater, New Jersey.

The clinical supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the Caregiver Support Center.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate integration of Caregiver Support within the overall service delivery of the Medical Center
• Coordinate with Volunteer and Student Services in recruitment and selection of volunteers 
• Train and supervise volunteers on an ongoing basis
• Identifying caregivers throughout the hospital 
• Ensuring that medical units are aware of the support services provided by the center. 
• Collaborating with various medical teams throughout the hospital. Surgery, Oncology, ICU's, Palliative Care in particular, but not exclusively
• Assess needs of individual/family members and offer appropriate level of support and provide resources
• Participate in in-service trainings
• Collect and discuss feedback from caregiver volunteers
• Provide ongoing support to caregiver volunteers
• Track utilization of Caregiver Support Center
• Provide support to associates within the Medical Center
• Provide appropriate referrals when necessary

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in social work from an accredited University required
• New York State LMSW or LCSW required
• A minimum 3 years experience is required
