- EARN AN AVERAGE OF $80-$90K FIRST YEAR WITH A MINIMUM TRANSITION PAY! Top Drivers can Earn $110K+ Annually!
- Average $1400 to $1600+ per week
- $1,200 Minimum Transition Pay for 6 weeks
- $1,400 Minimum Pay for dedicated drivers
- Assigned late model equipment; EpicVue TV, XM Radio, APU, Refrigerator and Inverter
- Regional Drivers are home every week and required to work 1 weekend day
- OTR drivers are home every 10 to 14 days (or out longer if you choose)
- Dedicated customer base
- Paid orientation and tanker training ($250/day)
- Duties include but not limited to: maintaining vehicles, driving safely and adhering to the customer's requirements, maintaining an accurate Elog following FMCSA regulations, & the use of strong communication skills with dispatch, customers, & colleagues
- $75.00/day weekend premium after hauling first solo load - included under the transition pay minimum
- $5,000 Sign on Bonus for New Drivers! $7,500 Sign on Bonus for Canada Drivers!

LCL Bulk Transport is currently looking for OTR, Regional, & Dedicated Drivers.Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in the state you reside
- 12 or more months tractor trailer experience
- Over 21 years of age
- The ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Good MVR and safe driving record
- Tanker Endorsement required (will reimburse if hired)
- Passports are beneficial, not required, if willing to obtain we will reimburse if hired
