ABOUT BALTIMORE COUNTRY CLUB
Baltimore Country Club was founded in 1898 and it was a success from the start, with 600 members enjoying its 150-acre facility less than five miles from downtown Baltimore. Just one year after opening, the Club gained immediate recognition in the golf world by hosting the fifth United States Open Championship. Today the Club is over 3,200 members strong with two campuses. It is widely recognized as one of the top 50 country clubs in the nation and top 100 in the world. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR
Baltimore Country Club's Group Fitness Instructors are motivated, high energy, and passionate individuals who are expected to provide an effective, safe, fun, and motivating class for our members!
The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for the design, development, and administration of high-quality group fitness programs that can be delivered to a large, diversified membership at Baltimore Country Club. Specific areas of accountability include but are not limited to the design and organization of group classes, assisting members with their fitness and wellness goals through exceptional service, creating a high energy and inclusive environment where members are excited to participate, and providing multiple levels of difficulty for differing levels of fitness or mobility. The Instructor will work with the Director of Fitness and Wellness to develop specialty classes and events for other areas of BCC such as tennis, squash, golf, and aquatics to create an all-encompassing environment.
