Recruitment Consultant
Location: Houston, Texas (Heights)
Start Date: August 19th (Interviews ongoing)
Work Setting: On-site (4 days in office, 1 day remote after probationary period)
Salary: $40,000 base.
Estimated total earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: $50–55k
- Year 2: $60–80k
- Year 3: $95k+

What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with our account managers and sales consultants to fill active job openings.
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines for niche roles.
- Conduct detailed phone screenings to understand candidate experience, technical skills, and career goals.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle — from interview prep to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Keep the CRM up-to-date with candidate activity and feedback.
- Deliver excellent service to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Monitor hiring trends and conduct basic market research within your sector.
