What You'll Be Doing:
Talent Sourcing: Identify top candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and your own network.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Candidate Matching: Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit for client needs.
Negotiation & Placement: Manage offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends to offer informed insights and recommendations.
