Job Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling for Engineering, Product, and Analytics roles across various time zones
  • Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and move candidates through the hiring process
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Collaborate with executive assistants and leadership to coordinate complex interview panels
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience workflows, templates, and communications


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Proficiency with Ashby or similar ATS, along with GSuite
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience managing logistics for candidates across multiple time zones
  • Ability to maintain structure and calm under pressure while working through shifting priorities


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting processes and high-volume hiring
  • A proactive mindset focused on ownership and continuous improvement
  • Experience in creating memorable candidate experiences
