Our small People team, including Olivia who is soon on parental leave, is seeking a results-driven, scrappy contract recruiter to help us maintain hiring momentum over the summer and support our scaling efforts. What You’ll Do: Focus on Technical Recruiting: Partner with our CEO and Head of Engineering to recruit for technical roles. Source Top Talent: Use Boolean searches, sourcing platforms, social media, and events to attract passive candidates. Advocate for Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience through responsive communication and relationship building. Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Develop strategies to attract underrepresented talent and reduce bias. Who You Are: Full cycle experience: 1-2 years of meeting hiring goals, closing high-quality technical candidates, and understanding engineering teams and product roadmaps. Sourcer at heart: Experience in sourcing roles or full cycle recruiting without dedicated sourcing support; comfortable with high-volume sourcing and understanding success metrics. Data-driven: Proficient with recruiting metrics, data tracking, and analysis to improve recruiting processes. Flexible and scrappy: Experience in fast-paced startups or agency work with startups; adaptable to changing priorities.
