We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in hiring from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. If you are bilingual that's a plus!

Hours 8:00am-5:00pm, with over time hours. ( full time and in office position.)

You will NOT be using an ATS system, all work will be done manually plus using the Google Drive.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Setup Interviews
• On-board new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Accurately document all jobs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields
• Previous experience hiring for warehouse, manufacturing, clerical, driving and welding positions..etc..
• Strong Phone etiquette
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
• Ability to work well in a hectic/fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft office and google suites
• Must be okay with Manual application process
