Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing essential administrative support. *This is a full-time, permanent position, paying $15/hour.*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests warmly, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Efficiently answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations.
  • Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
