Job Description:

We are seeking a talented React Native Front End Developer to join our team at Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React Native and other front-end technologies. This is an onsite position located in Dallas, TX, Reston, VA, or Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interface components for mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
