The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable  Quickbooks Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an on-site position in Azle where you will be working directly with clients to manage their bookkeeping needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in QuickBooks and is comfortable using the Microsoft 365 suite. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on direct client interaction and values building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients using  QuickBooks .

  • Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Work directly with clients to address their questions and provide clear, professional support.

  • Utilize the  Microsoft 365 suite , especially  Excel , to manage data and generate reports.

  • Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.

  • Assist with tax preparation and other administrative tasks during peak seasons.

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • Proven experience with  QuickBooks .

    • Proficiency with the  Microsoft 365 suite , with advanced skills in  Excel .

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for direct client interaction.

    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our office in Azle, TX.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Preferred:

    • Previous experience in a CPA firm or similar accounting environment.

    • Experience with tax preparation or tax-related documents.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience (to be discussed).

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (exact hours to be discussed).

  • Environment: A professional, supportive, and client-focused office environment.
