Summary

The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a Purchasing Assistant Manager to join our amazing team. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.

The Purchasing Assistant Manager is responsible for the following tasks: liquor bottle requisitions, outlet inventory, issuing requisitions, placing and receiving F&B orders, receiving hotel packages, storeroom control, and working within the hotel purchasing system Birchstreet. Additionally, cashier duties including preparing cash drops for pickup, providing change for leaders, and month end audits are required.  This position reports to the Executive Chef and works closely with the Finance team.

  • Shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Previous hospitality or purchasing experience preferred
