Job Responsibilities: Maintain vendor packets and qualifications Requests for pricing, load price changes Revising/updating features lists Updating projects vendor lists Keeping all plans updated New project product binders Coordinate all paperwork for vendors Process purchase orders, change orders and notices to proceed Research invoice or purchase order issues as needed Answer incoming calls and direct where appropriate. Make all company purchases with approval from management. Conduct an office supply inventory monthly and order as needed. Job Requirements (Including Education): High school diploma or equivalent. Purchasing experience preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Quick and sound decision-making abilities with exceptional follow-through Ability to adapt to changing environment and handle multiple priorities Highly motivated and flexible personality that embraces a proactive and fast-paced environment Resicap Payroll, LLC
