IBCGroup.io is a leading blockchain and crypto advisory firm, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and insights in the rapidly evolving crypto space.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all public relations activities, developing and implementing PR strategies, and maintaining a positive image of IBC Group in the media and among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with IBC Group's business goals.
• Manage media relations, including writing and distributing press releases, organizing press conferences, and securing media coverage.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with IBC Group's brand and messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage PR events, such as product launches, press tours, and industry conferences.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Act as the company spokesperson during crises or major announcements, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to PR and communications.
• Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve PR objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR or communications role, with a proven track record of successful PR campaigns.
• Strong relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to PR challenges.
• Ability to represent the company at industry events and conferences
