We have an immediate opening for a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our fast-growing promotional marketing company . Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Public Relations and Communications Manager in managing and executing marketing and PR projects
Integrate PR campaigns with customer sales promotions and in-store initiatives
Coordinate field campaigns and ensure smooth operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail personnel
Support the creation and development of promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising
Track and report campaign performance, including attendance, traffic, and sales
Identify new opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements
Opportunity for advancement into senior campaign management roles based on performance

Requirements:
College degree preferred or in progress
0–2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or a related internship
Basic understanding of PR, communications, and marketing concepts a plus
No prior experience required— comprehensive training and development is provided
