What You Will Be DoingWe are seeking a new Project Manager that brings experience with the renovation, and new ground up of Multifamily Projects. This individual will report to The Sr PM and Project Executive, and must have experience managing a team of: APMs, Project Engineers, Project Admins, Internal Staff, ect... Project sizes ranging anywhere from $10 - $100M.
What You Need for this PositionAt least 5 - 7 years experience:
- As a Project Manager or APM- Salary: $120 - $140K Base
