The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Lead and manage cross-functional projects that drive organizational change and strategic initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple departments. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Hospital Leadership and various stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support process improvement initiatives. Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations. Navigate organizational dynamics and address issues during project execution. Project Coordination: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and track project deliverables. Conduct data gathering, research, and related functions to support various organizational needs. Ensure thorough documentation of all project decisions, actions, and changes. Prepare reports and presentations for Hospital Leadership. Service Line Project Management: Oversee projects within specific service lines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with service line leaders to prioritize and execute projects, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines. Alignment and Delivery: Set project deadlines, monitor progress, and report to Hospital Leadership. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Document project progress and evaluate outcomes. Qualifications/Requirements: Two years of progressively responsible experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner preferred. Strong skills in project management tools, data analysis, workflow analysis, and change management techniques. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
