Role: Project Manager 4 & 3 ( Multiple openings)

Locations: Charlotte, NC & West Des Moines, IA

Hybrid: 3 days in the office & 2 days remote

Contract: 6- 12 months to begin with possibilities of extension

Job Description:

• Led end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams including analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Managed project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation using tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Oversaw the implementation of data governance frameworks and ensured data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Played a key role in mapping and documenting data lineage , enabling better traceability, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance across data assets.
• Communicated project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders through regular reports and dashboards.
• Facilitated agile ceremonies and fostered a collaborative environment to continuously improve team productivity and project delivery.
