As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading employees in a manufacturing environment. Troubleshooting and adjusting thermoforming machines. Plans and assigns work, implement policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Reinforces and maintains Safety, Food Safety, And Quality Standards.
• Monitor part quality, yield, and throughput; identify and implement process adjustments.
• Train and develop personnel in proper technics and procedures.
• Review and execute production schedule and priorities.
• Provides input on the organization and set up of production lines.
• Coordinates communication on all lines during shift change over with other Shift Leadership.
• Communicates inefficiencies and provides solutions to resolve them.
• Orchestrates training and employee development amongst production job functions.
• Effectively communicates with all departments, ensuring that all components needed to begin jobs are known and provided.
• Supports and enforce all company policies regarding procedures and safety compliance.

About You:

• Production management and leadership ability.
• Thermoforming process knowledge, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
• Must be able to oversee production jobs and monitor quality and quantity until completion.
• Must be able to guide and lead other employees effectively.
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• 5 years of thermoforming process experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.
