What Youll Do

As a Product Manager on the Navigator team, you will shape an intuitive, guided experience for Contract Managers and Administrators. Your mission is to empower them to set up their organization, configure necessary settings, and roll out our product to teams quickly and effortlessly. This role fundamentally influences product adoption and success.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and execution for an Admin Control Center, the primary space where users view and manage all their configuration, operational status, insights, and notifications.
• Design a guided setup process within the Control Center that leads users stepbystep through critical configuration tasks, ensuring successful setup.
• Research and analyze Contract Manager and Administrator needs by engaging directly with customers, serving as their internal advocate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, research, data science, and engineering teams to deliver a customercentric experience aligned with our product strategy.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employees divide their time between inoffice and remote work. Minimum two days per week inoffice on a weekly basis.

What You Bring

Basic

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, using data or logic to support conclusions.

Preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate ideas to technical and nontechnical partners.
• Passion for representing the needs of poweruser personas.
• Foundational understanding of how software products are built.
• Experience in contract management or complex organizational software systems.
• Experience designing or supporting features related to account setup, user roles, system settings, or organizational control panels in a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience defining and tracking key product metrics (e.g., activation rate, configuration completion rate, timetovalue) and using data to inform decisions.

Wage Transparency

Pay varies by location and experience.

• California: $100,300.00 $154,900.00 base salary.
• Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Minnesota: $94,600.00 $130,075.00 base salary.
• Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York (incl. NYC metro): $94,600.00 $137,875.00 base salary.
