Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Private Equity Analyst based in Boston, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, creating financial models, performing due diligence, and conducting market research. Daily tasks include preparing investment memos, supporting the deal team, monitoring portfolio performance, and presenting findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• CPA, Big 4 Public Accounting background with asset management/financial services client base
• Experience with Investments and Private Equity
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
