Job Description: As a Power BI/SQL Developer, you will support the Data Quality Enhancement initiative by developing, optimizing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and SQL queries. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to enhance data visualization and performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to client security policies. Deliver all assigned tasks within agreed timelines. Provide regular status updates and participate in required meetings. Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. Create interactive visualizations and reports for monitoring critical data elements. Optimize data visualization techniques and report performance. Translate business data requirements into actionable reports. Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and DAX queries. Review SQL execution plans and optimize long-running queries. Support end-users with Power BI and SQL training. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: 5+ years of experience in Power BI report/dashboard development. 5+ years of SQL Server development, including complex queries and performance tuning. Strong experience with DAX queries and MS SQL Server data modeling. Familiarity with Agile development environments. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in pension benefit management (preferred). Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, QlikView) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
