Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a PLC Programmer to work in the Greer, SC area. This position offers a variety of great benefits.

Responsibilities

Hardware and software design as well as the commissioning of the project(s)/work(s) with strict adherence to the Time and budget approved by the company and the client, following the Company's guidelines and laws involved.

Ensure the contractual commitment and qualitative premises of the Company in accordance with the definition of the project(s)/work(s) to which it has been assigned. Follow specifications approved by the company and the client, following the internal guidelines and laws involved.

Guarantee the management and updating of the process(es) in charge with the quality of the projects in accordance with the organization's standards.

Manage and continuously improve the customer experience with our organization, with the help and collaboration of collaborative teams, both in Projects, as well as in procurement, Finance, Human Resources, etc.

Ensure technical capacity of the software, managing and continuously improving the update in the area for project development

Secure, Manage and Verify the necessary internal and/or provided personnel to achieve project development.

Lead the assigned human team (associates, suppliers and others), maintaining commitment, sense of belonging and motivation, following internal processes and applying leadership, management and development skills, with the support of service areas, manager ( s), mentors and project committee.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree on Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Robotics or similar.

Up to 5 years' experience in Hardware Design Autocad Electrical and/ or EPlan

Up to 5 years' experience in Software Design Allen Bradley or Siemens.

Experience in Welding Projects.

Knowledge Body Shop Assembly Cells (Automotive Industry) , electrical concepts for Automotive cells with Robots.

Experience with industrial robots integration.

Strong knowledge in Industrial Networks (Ethernet, Profinet, controlNet).

Fluent in English.

Travel Availability 70%
