Job Description

Functional Therapy Group has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be able to positively shape healthcare in the community through high-quality patient care and positive employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Exercise and manual based skills and sports rehabilitation
• Current state of Washington license or license eligible
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care
• Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly – you need to have FUN while you work!

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00 an hour . Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
