Job Description Job Description: Collects adverse event data on all marketed products and those in development. Implements and manages adverse event processes and databases. Ensures regulatory compliance for both expedited and periodic reports. Provides integrated strategic safety expertise to clinical development programs. Performs active pharmacovigilance with rapid identification and analysis of safety signals, to define emerging drug safety profiles of all products and drive patient risk management. Delivers high-quality product safety data and analysis to internal and external customers throughout the product life cycle. Contributes to process improvements. Typically resolves problems using existing solutions. Provides informal guidance to junior staff - Works with minimal guidance. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement.
