Role Description:

Enpramex Global is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Aviation Fuel Sales Representative. This is a full-time role located in Beverly Hills, CA. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing aviation customers. The Aviation Fuel Sales Representative will be assigned a sales territory and will be responsible for developing sales plans and strategies to increase revenue, market share and profitability, while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field of study is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation fuel sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of various aircraft types, aviation fuel specifications, and fueling procedures is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to identify market opportunities, analyze sales data and develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented, and able to work both independently and a part of team.
  • Willingness to travel withing the assigned territory as needed to maintain customer relationships and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing aviation clients, including FBOs, charter companies and corporate flight departments.
  • Promote and sell aviation fuel and related services to meet sales targets and support business growth.
  • Manage an assigned sales territory, identifying opportunities to increase market share and maximize revenue.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and tailored to regional market needs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to customer locations to strengthen partnerships and provide personalized solutions.
  • represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and meetings to generate leads and stay current on market trends.
