Base pay range $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr Overview Position Summary: The Personal Shopper assists Members by facilitating purchases and providing information about Membership benefits and services, while promoting the value of Company products and services. What you’ll do Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and addressing out-of-stock needs. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and implements improvements. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; applies action plans and the Open Door Policy; respects individuals, embraces diversity, and fosters a culture of belonging and teamwork; acts with integrity and accountability. Delivers customer-centric results by making decisions based on reliable information and balancing short- and long-term priorities.
