A-Line Staffing is now hiring a REMOTE Pediatric RN Case Manager in Lake City, FL

· Washington, Holmes, Jackson Counties preferred– will travel within 60 miles of their location for home visits with members

Pediatric RN Case Manager Compensation

The pay for this position is $46.50 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pediatric RN Case Manager Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
This position also requires working on Monday – Friday 8-5 CST remote with 50% traveling to see patients

Pediatric RN Case Manager Responsibilities

Case management for children medical services (0-age 21)
Tier 4 & 3 members
Completing telephonic outreach monthly or quarterly
Home visits upon member enrollment, quarterly for tier 3 members.
Attending meetings, meetings for members, participation in regional meetings and activities that are required by the team.
All documentation is completed through TruCare,
Teams, Zoom is used with the team

Pediatric RN Case Manager Requirements

Requires a Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2 – 4 years of related experience.
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
Pediatric case management / pediatric nursing experience Required
Case Manager experience
High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
