We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our finance team and oversee our payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for our organization. You will lead a team of payroll professionals, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
• Manage a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data management and reporting. - Review and approve payroll reports, including deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; CPP certification is a plus.
