ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervises and assists in production of all food items
Supervises all prep par lists
Supervises portion sizes
Assist Sous Chef in all aspects of ordering
Create menu specials and report to Sous Chef
Supervise and assist in sanitation of kitchen and all walk in areas
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, etc
Must be able to speak English
Must possess a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program desirable
Minimum of two (2) years in pastry field
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
