THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for a Parts Counter Representative to join our growing operations at our upcoming Lafayette, Louisiana location. The person in this role will be responsible for working with customers and technicians to fill parts requirements.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Answer parts sales calls
• Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries
• Take and process customer orders
• Offer advice and details regarding available products
• Follow-up communications with customers
• Stock, order, and maintain proper inventory levels

MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Required: High School Diploma
• Required: Strong sales consultative communication skills as role is a "customer-facing" position
• Required: Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office software
• Highly Preferred: Previous experience with selling parts

JOB FACTS

• Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday on-call rotation
• The majority of the day will be spent communicating with customers on the phone.
