Parts Counter

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch at noon) Saturdays as needed

Arms Trucking Co. is looking for a Parts Counter Associate to manage parts inventory, support our mechanics, and assist customers at our service counter. Experience with diesel dump and semi-truck parts is a big plus.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee parts inventory for our service garage
• Order needed parts and supplies from vendors
• Keep the parts area clean, organized, and accurately documented
• Help mechanics locate and receive parts quickly and efficiently
• Assist customers in person and by phone at the parts counter
• Handle counter sales, returns, and related transactions
• Manage paperwork and data entry for parts invoices

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with auto or truck parts (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable using computers and shop management software like Fullbay
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to lift and handle heavy parts
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
