** Job Overview: **

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to attorneys by performing legal research, drafting documents, and managing case files. ** Key Responsibilities: **

- **Legal Research and Analysis**
- Conduct legal research using online databases, legal libraries, and other resources.
- Analyze legal documents, statutes, regulations, and case law to support case strategies.
- Summarize legal findings and present them to attorneys.

- **Document Preparation and Review**
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Review and organize case files, evidence, and legal correspondence.
- Assist in preparing discovery requests and responses.

- **Case Management**
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Track case progress and update attorneys on important developments.

- **Administrative Support**
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for attorneys.
- Maintain and organize legal documents, case records, and evidence.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.

- **Client Interaction**
- Conduct client interviews to gather information and assess case needs.
- Provide clients with updates on case progress and answer general inquiries.

- **Compliance and Confidentiality**
- Ensure that all legal procedures are followed and that ethical standards are maintained.
- Protect client confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

** Qualifications: **

- **Education and Experience**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification from a recognized institution (preferred but not required).
- Experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role.

- **Skills and Competencies**
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases (LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- **Other Requirements**
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- A valid driver’s license or ability to travel for client meetings/court appearances, if applicable.]
