Position : Packaging Engineer
Location : Lafayette, IN
Compensation : $80,000–$90,000 base + benefits
Overview
A U.S.-based manufacturer with multiple facilities across the country is looking to add a Packaging Engineer to its operations team. This role will play a key part in designing packaging solutions that are cost-effective, compliant, and logistically optimized. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure packaging design supports quality, regulatory, and sustainability goals.
