We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives with an entrepreneurial mindset who are driven by success. This role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and access to great benefits. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers in their homes to present flooring selections.
• Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.
• Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (both virtually and in-person).
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices.
• Professional presentation skills, including wearing branded apparel.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Strong business development skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Average earnings: $50k - $70k in the first year.
• Top performers can earn well over $100k.
