Shift: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: 18/HR + Monthly Commission (Based on sales)

What You’ll Do:

• Dial Up Success: Reach out to existing customers using our predictive dialer technology and hit those sales targets out of the park.

• Meet and Exceed Goals: Smash key performance metrics like talk time, sales conversion, average order value, and total revenue.

• Account Mastery: Update customer accounts and order info with precision.

• Stay Sharp: Keep up with the latest in our products, services, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience

• Track Record: Proven success in meeting monthly quotas. 250+ calls a day!

• Preferred: Outbound or transactional call center sales experience (bonus if you’ve used predictive dialers). Business-to-business sales experience is also a plus.

• Skills: Comfortable chatting with business owners, skilled at overcoming rejections, and driven by money !

• Attitude: Professional, self-starter with a knack for handling feedback, multitasking, and working with multiple systems.

• Must: Reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to have fun while working hard.

Pay Details: 18.00 per hour
