Join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations and logistics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and managing inventory to ensure items are stored efficiently.
• Loading and unloading shipments with care.
• Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for timely shipping.
• Assisting in receiving and verifying incoming products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
• Coordinating with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Helping with labeling and sorting products as required.
• Adhering to safety procedures for a secure workplace.
• Utilizing basic computer systems to track inventory effectively.
• Assisting with pulling inventory, preparing shipments, and handling customer returns.
• Collaborating closely with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
• Managing paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Working closely with the Finance department to provide timely billing and documentation.
• Teaming up with warehouse leads to resolve order and shipping issues promptly.
• Being proactive and mindful of schedules while committing to delivering tasks on time.
• Submitting timely activity reports as required.
• Gaining knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
