Currently, we are seeking a skilled Mobile Notary Signing Agent to enhance our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform acknowledgments and proofs. Administer oaths and affirmations. Execute jurats or verifications on oath or affirmation. Certify copies. Note protests (Notaries performing this act must be employed by a depository institution and must be acting within their scope of employment).

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public certification. Clear a background check. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Familiarity with legal documents like wills, deeds, and car titles. Proficiency in typing and accurately filling out documents. Ability to translate and sign documents efficiently and accurately. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
