SCHEDULE
2 days remote 3 days at Career Link or designated location, Schedule Mon Tues 8a 5p Wed 10a7p Thurs Fri 8a 5p
- Has strong existing relationships with area agencies, organizations and youth groups that serve adolescents (16-24);
- Has the ability to recognize the potential of at promise youth;
- Has the ability to have meaningful conversations with youth and their families;
- Recruit, coordinate arrival of students and transition graduates into careers
- Works as a team to accomplish goal;
- Works cooperatively with Career Technical Training (vocational education) and Career Transition Readiness staff to provide exiting students with comprehensive and individualized case management.
- Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school; OR
- Associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years’ related experience in youth programs.
Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
