SCHEDULE

2 days remote 3 days at Career Link or designated location, Schedule Mon Tues 8a 5p Wed 10a7p Thurs Fri 8a 5p

Has strong existing relationships with area agencies, organizations and youth groups that serve adolescents (16-24);
Has the ability to recognize the potential of at promise youth;
Has the ability to have meaningful conversations with youth and their families;
Recruit, coordinate arrival of students and transition graduates into careers
Works as a team to accomplish goal;
Works cooperatively with Career Technical Training (vocational education) and Career Transition Readiness staff to provide exiting students with comprehensive and individualized case management.
Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school; OR

Associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years’ related experience in youth programs.

Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
