Spy Ninjas HQ is looking for customer service superstars to join our team as Front Desk Agents and Attraction Agents ! If you’re energetic, people-focused, and love creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your chance to turn your customer service skills into an adventure. This a part time weekend position.

Front Desk Agent – $14/hour starting pay

• Welcome and check in guests, ensure waivers are completed
• Support birthday parties and special events
• Assist with bookings, phone inquiries, and guest communication
• Upsell attractions, passes, and arcade deals to maximize the guest experience
• Process retail sales and organize merchandise with creative display
• Qualifications: 18+, strong communication skills, customer service background preferred, CPR/First Aid and Sheriff/TAM card required

Attraction Agent – $14/hour starting pay

• Guide guests through immersive Spy Ninja adventures
• Maintain safety and enforce attraction rules
• Perform equipment checks and respond to emergencies
• Keep stations clean, organized, and fun
• Qualifications: 18+, strong communication, team-oriented, entertainment or hospitality experience preferred, background check required

• Be ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the park running smoothly
• Help with cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a tidy, organized environment
• Collaborate with other agents and leadership to deliver next-level guest experiences
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and cross-functional support
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude even in high-energy environments
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
